The 2,6 kg cheese wheels, covered with a label picturing a blazing sun, have the name "Prince Canna" imprinted on the circumference, as well as two crowns and 4 hemp leaves.
Several secrets surround its manufacture and are closely guarded by the cheese maker, Mr. Pascal Morard and Mr. Olivier Sonnay, the hemp producer, who have, together, developed this cheese. These secrets give the Prince Canna its character and taste, which you will not find in any other cheese.
The inscription “Swiss garantie” certifies the origin of the Prince Canna cheese, a real Swiss product!
Together, the hemp and the cheese work wonderfully, making Prince Canna, a noble product of nature.
Particularly appreciated as an aperitif or served on a cheese platter at the end of a meal, Prince Canna always creates a talking point.
It can be also used for raclette, as part of the mixture in a fondue, simply by itself… or with a good glass of wine!
